MIKE HMURA
My interview with Alvin Haunch, prior to PT school, involved a handshake, a very short conversation and then he picked up the phone and called Scot. He said, “Scot, I have this tall guy here who needs a job and could be a good fit for you. What do you think? Can you use him?”…. I have not looked back since. I started right out of Willamette University and the US Army as an aide in Stayton and Northbank. I worked at Northbank while going to Graduate school and in 1996, I Graduated and became Director of Northbank all in the same year. Since that time I have had the pleasure of watching our practice grow from 2 to 7 clinics and 8 to over 60 employees.
I became an owner in ???? and although I had no intention of working Administratively, if it took me away from patient care, it was a really good fit. Because I have been with this company so long, it has truly grown to be a part of what defines me. I am extremely proud to have such an active part in such a caring, compassionate group who clearly puts patient care first. I believe I could not be in a company with higher standards of practice and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
