I started working for PT Northwest 15 years ago starting out as a front desk receptionist and an aide at the then new South Salem location. The first year was a great learning experience working with the founder Alvin Haunch. I worked at the South Salem location for 7 years and felt I needed to expand my knowledge to the billing side of rehab. When an opening came up I was able to move to the Billing Department to learn a new piece of the rehab world. I have been in the billing department for 8 years and continue to enjoy working for PT Northwest. Reimbursement and how that affects treatment continues to change in rehab, which means there is always something new to learn and teach someone else. The people at PT Northwest are like family and I appreciate the fact that the company has always cared for and about their employees.
