ASHLEY BRACK
I’ve been working at PT Northwest since September 2008. Before starting here, I was living in LA and planning on moving home but didn’t have a job lined up. A good friend of mine was working with the company and recommended me to Mike Hmura, our Director at the Northeast Salem clinic. I spoke with him a few times over the phone and was able to interview with him right before I moved. A few weeks later I started at PT Northwest.
I started as an aide, floating between a few of our clinics due to several employees being out on maternity leave. After covering for an employee at our Northeast Salem clinic, I stayed there permanently working as an aide and have, since then, moved into a new position that keeps me very busy.
I enjoy working with the PT Northwest team because we are in the business to make patients better. We want patients to recover quickly and efficiently from whatever it may be that they came to us for. And it’s exciting and rewarding for staff to see patients succeed and to thank you for helping them. I enjoy getting to know patients on a personal level as well. Staff and patients become a family during their time with us and we all look forward to seeing our patients and see the progress they have made!
