    About Scot

    Since joining PT Northwest in 1987 after graduation, Scot Campbell has been helping patients achieve their therapy goals. Currently, he works at all of PT Northwest's clinics on an as-needed basis to help fill in when clinics are busy or other therapists are on vacation. He loves working with the rest of the excellent therapists that are part of the PT Northwest team, who still teach him new things all the time.

    Scot and his wife Kathy have three children. Away from the office, he enjoys working outdoors by doing yard work and woodworking. He also loves hiking, volunteering at church and spending time with his family. He also loves cheering for the Boston Red Sox, Chicago Blackhawks, New England Patriots and the BC Lions.

    About Nic

    Nic Siewert started his career at PT Northwest as an aide in 2005. In 2008, he joined the team as a physical therapist. His primary job is working with patients to develop a physical therapy program to help them meet their goals, which is his favorite part of his job and inspires him to come to work every day. He also works as a clinical director to oversee staff at our Northeast Salem clinic. He loves the challenge of working with patients and encourages the staff to think critically to create an environment to help people heal.

    Nic and his wife, Mindy, have two children, one son and one daughter. With two children under the age of 3, they're never short on fun parenting moments. Nic's favorite sports teams include the Chicago Cubs, Miami Dolphins, Portland Trailblazers and teams from the University of Oregon. He is not only active on national boards, including the Oregon Physical Therapy Association's government affairs committee, but also is part of his church's community group. Nic also volunteers his time at the Salem Free Clinic and Compassion Clinics.

    About Joshua

    Joshua Christopherson has been part of the PT Northwest family since 2007. As the Clinic Director for our clinic in West Salem, he works directly with patients to see to their physical therapy needs while also overseeing day-to-day operations. Joshua is also part of the PT Northwest Leadership team and serves as co-lead of our Clinical Pillar.

    Joshua married his college sweetheart, Danielle, in 2005. Together, they have two children that keep them very busy. He has a passion for serving youth of the community, and serves as a wrestling and baseball coach for local youth team. He loves cheering for teams from his alma mater, the Oregon State Beavers, along with the Portland Trailblazers, Chicago Cubs and Miami Dolphins.

    About Mike

    Mike Hmura has had several roles since coming to PT Northwest in 1991.     Mike and his wife, Trina, have two children and quite the collection of pets. With two dogs, three cats, one hamster and a bearded dragon named Ducky, there are plenty of things that keep Mike busy at home. He also enjoys woodworking, golfing and biking in addition to coaching soccer and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Willamette University in Exercise Science.

    About Mark

    Mark Springer has been part of the PT Northwest team since 2000. In his current role as Director of Speech Language Pathology services, he meets with patients at several clinic locations.     Lisa Gilbertson has been part of the PT Northwest family since 2006.     Lisa is happily married to her husband, Phil, and the two of them have four children and a dog. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, including going hiking, skiing, water skiing, kayaking and traveling. Lisa loves to volunteer at her children's school and is also active in Relay for Life. As a graduate of the University of Oregon, she loves cheering for the Ducks.

As a graduate of Oregon State University and a Corvallis resident, Josh is an avid Beavers fan and cheers for them in all sports. Josh also volunteers his time. He serves as an elder in his church, is an active Rotary member and works with the Monmouth-Independence Chamber of Commerce while also volunteering at his children's school.

    About Matt

    Matt VanCampen joined the PT Northwest team in 2003. In his current role as Manager of Rehab Services for Legacy Silverton Medical Center, he is responsible for overseeing inpatient and outpatient services at PT Northwest's Silverton and Woodburn clinic locations. While he says he does miss the day-to-day patient interaction, he enjoys chatting with the patients to hear about how their needs are being met by the staff, which allows him to maximize the value of the services provided to the community.

    Matt is married to Andrea, who is also a member of the PT Northwest team, and they have three sons that are avid baseball players. They love taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest's outdoor opportunities, including spending time hiking, camping and biking. Matt volunteers at various community activities supported by PT Northwest and Legacy Silverton Medical Center, and helps out as available with youth sports.

    Since 2007, PT Northwest has been proud to have Jon Moore on our team. As Clinic Director at our Stayton Clinic, Jon's top priority is making sure patients are receiving the best therapy by giving them the tools to take an active role in their recovery. He also oversees the therapy staff at the clinic and making sure everyone on staff is dedicated to helping patients, providing the best therapy programs to patients and continuing PT Northwest's mission.

    With his wife Sarah, Jon as two children and a dog named Fresno. A busy family life keeps Jon on his toes and is always bringing new adventures. They are also a very active family, as they believe healthy habits start early. Jon also loves to barbecue, and he lives by the motto "If it's food, it's better when it's smoked." 

    Jon is an avid sports fan, and cheers for the Oregon Ducks, Fresno State Bulldogs, San Francisco Giants, the Portland Trailblazers along with soccer teams from the MLS, English Premier League and the USA Men's National Team. Jon is an active member of his church, serving on the tech team, music ministries and men's ministries.

However, her favorite part about her job is that she gets to socialize with patients and learn from them as she treats them. She believes effective treatment comes from balance between hard work and fun.

    Renske has been married for 17 years and has three children, all of whom are very active in sports and activities that keep her busy. She loves spending time outdoors with her family going on ski trips and camping in the summer. She has also spent her time volunteering as a coach for youth soccer and youth basketball teams in the area.

Every day, Jason's top priority is making sure patient's receive the highest level of care for and that our staff is put in the best position for success.

    Jason and his wife, Shanda, have two daughters that are active in sports, which keeps them busy. He likes spending time outdoors with his family, including going water skiing and camping. He also has spend several years coaching basketball and is active in both Rotary and the local Chamber of Commerce.     Kennedy Hawkins has been a member of the PT Northwest family since 1992. In his current role, he serves as President of our operation. Kennedy is responsible for overseeing overall operations and continuing to developing a culture that allows us to attract the best staff for treating our patients. Kennedy also loves interacting with patients and listening to their stories about how PT Northwest has transformed their lives.

    Away from the office, Kennedy loves spending time with his wife, three sons and the rest of his family, whether it's snowboarding or hiking in the Highlands of Scotland. He also loves cheering for the Oregon State Beavers, LA Dodgers, LA Lakers and the Oakland Raiders.

    Kennedy also spends a lot of time volunteering. He has held several board positions for the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies and Providers, including President, Past President, Vice President, Treasurer and Regional Coordinator. He is also part of the American Physical Therapy Association Key Stakeholder Work Group. Closer to home, he is active in several local non-profit organizations, including serving as a mentor for teens and young adults at his church.

    A member of our team since 2009, Tyler Gilmore is responsible for clinical operations at PT Northwest's clinic locations. This involves him working with directors at each clinic to make sure day-to-day operations runs smoothly for patients. He is also involved in community outreach efforts and marketing our services to patients, and works with strategic partners to build new relationships and develop more business.

    Tyler and his wife, Melissa, have a 5-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son who keep them busy, along with a chocolate lab named Bella Rue. He spends time with his family as often as he can, but he also loves to spend time on the golf course and renovating homes using his DIY skills. Tyler is also a big sports fan, and cheers for Texas Tech football, University of North Carolina basketball, the Seattle Seahawks, the Boston Red Sox and the Portland Trailblazers.

    Tyler is a very active community member. He is part of the community outreach team at his church, where he also serves on the building committee. Tyler is also part of a task force focused on improving healthcare and quality of life for patients of the Mid-Willamette Valley.

She has been in the medical field her entire career, but working with PT Northwest is Leslie's first experience in an outpatient rehab setting.

    Leslie and her husband are empty nesters who love traveling and spending time with family. She considers herself a cat lover, but hopes to soon welcome a dog into her home since family member allergies keep her from owning a cat.
